In my continuing attempt to fill out the Basics area of this site I have added two new pages discussing Equivalent Resistance and Equivalent Capacitance. These are relatively simple but incredibly powerful tools which can be used to simplify complex circuits. Additionally these tools can be used in circuit design when you require a specific component value which is not readily available to you.
